So you decided to hit the gym and start progressing towards your Health and Fitness goals. That’s fantastic and a huge first step!! My goal is to make the rest of this process more approachable for you. Some of the things I will guide you through are…

  • Figuring out your goals and understanding/planning how to get around the biggest obstacles to those goals.

  • Building a nutrition plan for you that sets realistic parameters and focus’s more on making changes to your current diet instead of introducing a whole new one.

  • Putting together a strength and cardio routine that not only gets you too your goals, but also prioritizes reducing your injury risk in the future.

    By trusting me to set you on the right path you can devote more of your energy towards the workouts and nutrition habits you will be building!
